在人才就是核心竞争力的今天,“职业精神”就像是武装战士的铠甲,被更多的人
提及,被更多的企业重视。不仅因为它能振奋从业人员的进取精神,激励从业人员努力
工作,为个人的职场生涯创造丰富的资源,推动个人实现自我价值;更能促进行业的健
康、全面和协调发展。正如胡锦涛同志在庆祝神舟六号载人航天飞行圆满成功大会上强
调指出的:“伟大的事业孕育伟大的精神,伟大的精神推动伟大的事业。”可见职业精神
对于推动职业发展及强化从业人员的个人素养都起着巨大的作用。作为高校内负责大学
生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,辅导员的职业精神培养更是其向职业化进军必不可少
的助力。
社会主义现代化新时期的到来给当代大学生思想政治教育提出了新的课题与挑战,
如就业形式,利益关系以及分配方式的多样化的影响和冲击。新时期下如何塑造大学生
的理想人格,使其在政治素养,思想素质,道德素质,心理素质符合社会的要求,来确
保社会主义大学的办学方向,党和国家采取了一系列的政策和措施来确保提高大学生思
想政治教育的实效性。长期奋战在学生工作第一线的辅导员是关键。高校辅导员是否爱
岗敬业,是否具有较高的素质,是否具备良好的职业精神,直接关系到高校教育的成败
得失。
综上所述,本研究致力于从职业精神的内容,特征,构成的多角度深入研究,探讨
从业者具备良好职业精神的必要性,进而切入对辅导员职业精神的相关研究。用发展的
视角观察辅导员职业精神培养取得的进步,用辩证的思维分析辅导员职业精神培养存在
的不足及问题产生的原因,以试图找到高校辅导员职业精神培养的有效途径,从而为高
校建设以及大学生全面健康的发展提供一定的依据。
