村纪检委员的工作职责
为了充分发挥基层党支部纪检委员的作用，根据《中国共产党章程》，纪检委员的职责作如下规定：
1、在党支部书记的领导下，对本支部党员进行党风党纪教育，督促党员干部认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，提高维护党的政治纪律的自觉性。
2、密切联系群众，倾听群众的意见和建议，及时掌握群众的思想情况。
3、要密切配合党支部开展工作，经常提出建设性意见， 积极完成党支部交办的各项工作，当好党支部书记的参谋和助手。
