一、粉料取样器工作原理
I. Working principle of powder-lot sampler
HQ系列粉料取样器是通过减速电机带动螺旋绞刀正反转动从而进行清料或取样,取出的样品通过下料软管储存在密封的料架料桶内,专用料架料桶密封性强,能确保正负压下取样。该系列取样器适用于干燥粉状物料的取样,如水泥厂的生料、水泥、煤粉等,可以设定成自动连续取样和自动间隔取样,取样时间和取样量可根据用户的不同要求而随时调整。每一工作时间内安清料、间隔、取样、间隔等循环进行,清料、间隔、取样时间均可调整,调整范围为0-,通过调整时间继电器,即可设定成自动连续取样。操作简单,方便易行。也可根据用户要求特殊设计。By the reducing motor to drive the spiral reamer to rotate in a positive and negative direction, HQ series powder-lot samplers conduct a dislodging or sampling, and taken-out samples are stored in sealed material-rest charging baskets; exclusive-use material-rest charging baskets have a strong sealing property that can ensure the sampling under positive and negative pressure.
