“o”，反对的画“×”，弃权的不作任何记号。如另选他人，就在另选人姓名栏内写上另选人的姓名。
八、本次会议的印制的选票，分为“人大主席”、“镇长”、“人大副主席”、“副镇长”四张。选票上候选人名单一律按姓氏笔画为序排列。选举时，一次投票，分别计算。
九、选举时，参加选举的代表必须超过应到会代表的三分之二，方可选举。收回的选票等于或少于发出的选票，选举有效；多于发出的选票，选举无效，由大会主席团决定，重新投票选举。每张选票所选人数，等于或少于应选人数的为有效票，多为应选人数的为废票。
十、候选人获得全体代表半数的选票，始得当选。差额选举时，获得过半数选票的候选人人数超过应选名额时，以得票多的当选；如遇票数相等不能确定当选人时，应当就票数相等的候选人再次投票，以得票多的当选。如果获得过半数选票的候选人数少于应选名额时，不足名额另行选举，由大会主席团决定。
十一、大会设监票人3名，总监票人1名。监票人由各代表团从不是各项候选人的人大代表中推选1名，总监票人由大会主席团在监票人中指定，总监票人、监票人均需大会通过。总监票人和监票人在主席团领导下，对选举工作进行监督。计票工作人员由大会秘书处指定，在监票人监督下进行工作。
