该局及时做好农膜、热性肥料、果实套袋等应急物资的调运供应准备工作，迅速组织全县100多名农技人员深入生产第一线，指导菜农、果农采取盖膜、复草、套袋护果、树体包扎等防冻措施，同时组织技术人员制定马铃薯、蔬菜及果树等作物防寒防冻技术措施并通知下发到各乡镇，印发技术资料
