2、对行业要了解,这不是专指会计领域,而主要指公司经营的行业,在我们生物制品行业,我们不仅要对产品的生产工艺过程熟悉，因为只有知道产品的生产工艺过程，才知道产品生产处于那个阶段相对应的应该投入什么种类的原材料和包装物，这对提高我们提供会计资料的真实性和准确性至关重要；同时还要对国内其他生物制品行业的大势有所了解,
3、当下属一定做得比上司要求的好很多,做永远比不做好,不要报着过去中国人认定的不可功高震主的心态,一定要全力、全身心地投入财务会计工作。不能有偷懒的心态、也不能有一丝一毫的懈怠 ，更不能抱着混日子的态度过一天算一天。不要抱怨整天默默无闻埋头苦干没有引起领导的重视，没有得到应有的地位和报酬，要知道付出总有回报，不是不报只是时候未到。
