　　1、严格执行国家基本药物制度：自3月25日起我院配备的所有药品均实行零差率销售，将国家基本药物和四川省增补基本药物目录复印下发到各临床科室，通过学习培训，并制定用药制度，引导、改变医生原来的用药习惯。
　　2、于2011年3月22日开始组织人员对药库、药房库存药品进行盘点清理，对符合基本用药目录或补充药品范围内的药品登记上册，目录外药品全部在2011年6月25日前妥善处理。
　　3、2011年3月25日起所有药品全部按进货价销售，所有药品均未超过国家指导价和四川省药品招标采购价。
二、新型农村合作医疗工作稳步开展
　　我镇共有7个行政自然村，总人口12366人，其中农业人口12065人，2011年参合人数12231人，上缴参合基金366930元，全镇参合率为101%。全镇新农合住院补偿情况如下：
