本《门店员工手册》旨在向宁波恒周贸易有限公司店铺在职员工提供需共同遵守的行为规范及工作指引,各员工必须仔细阅读并清晰与严格执行其中的内容,特别是新入职员工。本手册提供的仅是共性的要求,有关顾客服务技巧、店铺形象维护、门店运营规范等资讯按门店运营规范手册执行。
本手册所规范的内容会随着客观环境变化和门店营运管理要求而作出修改,届时公司会以适当的方式通知各位员工。

This handbook is prepared to inform employees in MGOU outlets of Ningbo modity Co., ltd. of procedures and guidance which are needed to observe. All employees especially new employees are expected to read it carefully and strictly observe the contents. What this handbook provides are mon requirements. For service skills, store image maintenance, operation standards and other information, refer to Store Operation Handbook.
The contents of this handbook will be modified with the changes of objective environments and operation & management requirements, and pany will notify employees of the modifications in an appropriate way then.
