在工作中，我不怕困难，积极主动。大一，我担任班级团支书和医学院第二学生党支部组织委员。刚来到湖南中医药大学时，因为有辅导员的关心及老师的鼓励，我勇敢地走上讲台，竞选班级团支书，并荣幸中选。刚开始没有什么经验，做事与组织活动比拟困难，但我天生就不服输，不管有多难，我都要去做。我不断地总结，自我反省，检查自己的缺乏，并加以改正。积极向学姐学长学习，向他们讨教经验。同时与其他班委一起组织班级活动加强班级凝聚力，共同管理好班级。同时我还积极去了解班上同学的具体情况，为他们排忧解难。我觉得一个人刚开始不懂得怎么做没什么丢人的，只要自己肯学，并勇敢地去做，什么都可以学会。所以在老师的帮助和同学们的支持下，经过我的努力，我的工作越来越顺畅，自己也学会了处理很多问题。在期末的时候，我荣获“优良学风优秀干部〞称号，并被评为“优秀团支书〞。
在党支部，作为一名党员，我严格要求自己，坚决信念,做好党建工作。我始终以“奉献学院，效劳同学〞为宗旨，真正做到为同学效劳，工作中大胆创新，锐意进取，虚心向别人学习，进行批评与自我批评，做到有错就改。
