学习了万涛博士讲授的?冲突管理?课程后，笔者阅读了河南大学李永鑫博士所写的文章 —?由冲突走向平衡:工作-家庭关系研究的新趋向?，感受颇深。此文主要通过对工作-家庭关系的深入研究，从平衡的角度来讨论工作与家庭的关系，引导人们以正确合理的方式处理两者之间的关系，顺应社会的开展潮流。
