4、安庆“石化〞旧址的利用
随着“安庆石化〞厂区的逐步搬迁，这一区域的工业职能和城市组织结构将逐步解体，取而代之的将是符合城市开展需求的新的功能和城市结构。在这个解构与重构的过程中，“安庆石化〞这个见证了安庆城市开展风雨历程的老工业基地：在城市职能上如何实现从传统工业区向现代城市功能区的转变？在城市形象上如何实现从重污染地区向环境友好、资源节约示范区的转变？与此同时，在工业区更新改造的过程中，如何保护那些在曾经城市开展中发挥过不可或缺的重要作用的城市工业遗产、为城市保存一份应有的记忆、丰富城市开展内涵？
〔1〕面临的主要问题
从城市规划的角度切入，我们发现“安庆石化〞厂区在更新改造过程中，主要面临以下几方面的问题：
1〕大型工业企业搬迁后，该区域缺乏与城市开展需求相匹配的产业布局。
2〕原有“工业大院〞对交通和市政设施的阻碍造成根底设施落后的局面。
3〕原有重污染化学工业对土壤及地下水造成的污染，为该区域未来的开展带来一定隐患。
4〕绿地系统不完善，城市绿地网络在此区域呈现断裂的状态。
5〕城市景观形象不佳。
〔2〕更新改造的策略
按照“生态是根底、产业是引擎、宜居是目标、文化是魅力〞的指导思想，为了解决“安庆石化〞厂区用地更新过程中可能存在的诸多问题，实现该区域在城市职能和整体形象上的两大转变，我们提出以下规划策略。
规划策略一：产业带动开展，通过产业结构调整，激发城市持久活力
突出城市经济开展的可持续性、良性循环，构建以新兴产业开展为引擎带动的示范区。
