country laws and regulations about municipal project quality management has been
initially established, and the practice of constmction quality management has made
great progress, but the construction quality management activity still exists many
problems, therefore, research on construction quality management of municipal
engineering project has important practical significance. To solve the problems in the
municipal project construction quality management, construction quality management
processes in the first section, Road 1 0, ecological park in Dongguan City for the study,
this paper combines quality management theory and construction of municipal
projects in specific cases, by analyzing the ecological garden project construction
quality management of several links, studies measures to ensure the construction
quality of municipal engineering projects.
This paper uses a combination method of case studies and normative research,
first describes the basic theory of construction quality management of municipal
engineering project, and then analyses the factors influencing construction quality
management, analyses the problems in construction quality management, and explains
the necessity and feasibility of construction quality management. Through combining
construction quality management activities in the first section, Road 1 0 road
municipal engineering, ecological park in Dongguan City, this paper studies
