一要勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。世间万事的产生、发展、变化，都有一个由小到大、由量变到质变的过程。党员领导干部一定要“去小恶以保本真，积小善以成大德”，坚守自己的精神家园，慎独慎微，慎始慎终。二要见贤思齐，见不贤而自省。古人讲“吾日三省吾身”，不断地唤醒内心的道德良知，不断地反思自己、解剖自己、拷问自己、完善自己，这是锤炼官德的有效途径。作为一名党员领导干部，要时刻提醒自己，所言所行是否符合共产党员的标准，是否符合领导干部的身份。时时用党纪国法告诫自己，时时用反面典型警示自己，时时以先进人物鞭策自己，防微杜渐、以正官德，才有可能修成“正果”。三要善养浩然正气，构筑反腐防线。保持人格的尊严，是道德修养的底线，保持官格的尊严，是官德修养的防线，尊重自己的人格，珍惜自己的名誉，塑造好自己的形象，做一个堂堂正正、清清白白的人，是领导干部的从政之本。
