筋系统作为筋肉、韧带、椎间盘等软组织结构及生理功能的高度概括,相互间统一协调,共同发挥其“束
骨而利关节”的作用,以保持颈椎力学平衡,因此颈型颈椎病“筋伤”的发生非单一结构损伤,“为先”
的思想不仅局限于筋肉劳损层面。基于此,笔者通过总结归纳颈筋系统损伤机制和损伤状态下各结构之间
的力学、化学因素变化及相互间影响,为中医“筋骨失衡、筋伤为先”思想防治颈型颈椎病提供更加明确
的思路。
