摘要:液压车是物流系统中最常用的装卸、搬运设备。本文介绍了手动液压车的工作原理,发展趋势以及其结构特点,了解了手动液压车的主要参数:根据液压车的特点,设计出手动液压车。其主要参数有:负载量、跨距、起升高度、各及手动液压液压车的工作类型。液压车的主要参数首先由使用单位根据生产需要提出,具体数字应按国家标准或工厂标准来确定,同时也要考虑到制造厂的现实生产条件。因此,在确定参数时应当进行调查研究,充分协商和慎重确定。
本文通过SolidWorks软件对5吨重载型手动液压液压车进行三维建模,并设计出该液压液压车的具体结构,最后对关键零部件进行强度校核,进一步确定它的刚度和强度是否符合要求。

Abstract:Forklift loading and unloading, handling equipment is the monly used in the logistics system. This paper introduces the working principle of the manual hydraulic forklift, development trend and its structure characteristics, understand the main parameters of the manual hydraulic forklift: according to the characteristics of hydraulic forklift, design manual hydraulic forklift. Its main parameters are: load, span, height, each type of work and manual hydraulic forklift. The main parameters of the forklift firstly by using the unit in accordance with the needs of production, the specific figures should be in accordance with the national standards or criteria to determine the plant, while also taking into account the realities of factory production conditions. Therefore, in determining the parameters should be investigated, to determine the full consultation and careful.
In this paper, based on the SolidWorks software, 5 tons of heavy type manual hydraulic forklift for three-dimensional modeling, and designs the specific structure of the hydraulic forklift, finally carried on the finite element analysis of key parts ponents, to determine whether it meets the requirements of stiffness and strength.
