PERSONAL STATEMENT

At the age of 4, like many other ordinary kids, I was curious about everything I saw, especially what things are made of.(写statement时最好开门见山,不要绕弯子。从某一个话题迂回地进入,这在写散文时也许是个好方法,但对于一个必须在五分钟内读完一篇文章的人来讲,可能就会让他抓不住你的最重要的地方。) The most frequent questions I asked my parents were those: what this toy is made of? Are the bowls and cup the same thing, since they are broken so easily? Are the rice and bread made of the same thing because we can eat them alternatively every day? Why the airplane can fly like bird, what is it made of? ......The answers were very fresh and strange to me: plastics, china, glass, steel ...The only thing I got was that there are so many different things to make up of the world that without them we can't even live in this .
The elder I became, the more serious interest I rooted in my study and life. In high school, chemistry, physics, mathematics and philosophy are my favorite courses. Chemistry tells me what on earth makes up of every material; physics teaches me how to study the mechanical properties of every material; philosophy guides me to learn every thing not only as it is but also from a high altitude and in a connected way; and mathematics, as everyone knows, is the fundamental shovel to delve every treasure trove.
