【摘要】目的探讨末节不同节段断指再植的手术方法的选择及应用。方法回顾我科自2003年3月以来,有完整资料记载的不同离断节段的末节断指共85例(134指),分别采用3种方法再植:(1)常规吻合动静脉;(2)吻合双侧指动脉并近端单侧指动脉结扎;(3)吻合末节指动脉弓中央支并甲床放血。结果 134指术后129指成活,%。按朱盛修断指再植的功能评价,%。结论针对末节断指的不同离断节段,只有灵活选择相适应的再植手术方法,扩大末节再植的手术适应范围,才能提高再植成活率,降低残肢率,从而恢复肢体良好的外观及功能。【关键词】再植术;显微外科手术
