【摘要】目的:研究原发性肝癌手术切除联合洛铂腹腔灌洗化疗疗效。方法:选取20__年9月-20__年9月笔者所在医院收治的原发性肝癌患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组予以手术切除治疗,研究组在此基础上联合洛铂腹腔灌洗化疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,同时比较两组治疗前后血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)水平及肝脏血清酶指标。结果:治疗后,研究组临床疗效优于对照组,研究组AFP、sICAM-1水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈);两组治疗后AST、ALT水平差异无统计学意义(P>)。结论:手术切除联合洛铂腹腔灌洗化疗方案能有效提高原发性肝癌患者的临床效果,降低腹腔种植概率,降低血中肿瘤标志物水平,延长术后患者生存期。

120patientswithprimaryhepatocellularcarcinomaadmittedtoourhospitalfromSeptember20__toSeptember20__wererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheresearchgroup,,,andthelevelsofserumalpha-fetoprotein(AFP),intercellularadhesionmolecule(sICAM-1):Aftertreatment,theclinicalefficacyofthestudygroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<).ThelevelsofAFPandsICAM-1inthestudygroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<).TherewerenosignificantdifferencesinAST,ALTlevel
betweenthetwogroupsaftertreatment
(P>).Conclusion:SurgicalresectioncombinedwithintraperitoneallavagechemotherapywithLobaplatincaneffectivelyimprovetheclinicalefficacyofpatientswithprimarylivercancer,reducetheprobabilityofintraperitonealimplantation,reducetheleveloftumormarkersinblood,andprolongthesurvivaltimeofpatientsafteroperation.
