联用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察
【摘要】目的观察联用复方丹参滴丸在治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)3期的疗效。方法选择156例糖尿病肾病3期患者,在常规使用ACEi类或ARB类药物治疗的基础上,其中80例加用复方丹参滴丸治疗。12周后比较治疗前后临床指标变化。结果联合使用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病有效率95%,尿蛋白量明显减少。结论复方丹参滴丸可联合用于治疗糖尿病肾病,可明显减少尿蛋白量,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展,提高患者生活质量。

近年来,随着糖尿病的患病率逐年增长,糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,也是导致终末肾脏疾病的重要原因之一,目前在我国是导致需要血液透析治疗的第二位原因[1],越来越被广大医务者重视。糖尿病肾病在1型糖尿病患者中的发病率约为40%~50%,在2型糖尿病中约占20%。%~%,%~% [2]。其发生机制尚未完全阐明,但目前认为肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中有重要作用,故ACEI类及ARB类药物治疗糖尿病肾病已为共
