摘要:排球作为三大球之一的运动项目有着很多优势,能充分发展学生力量、速度、灵敏、柔韧等身体素质,排球还能够培养学生的集体主义精神和机智、果断、沉着的心理品质。该论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法。通过对澧县排球运动在各中学的开展现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并结合现实情况对其发展提出相应的对策。该论文分析得出:澧县各中学排球运动开展状况较差,主要受学生对排球的喜爱程度下降,学校领导不重视,师资力量较差,家庭环境的影响。应加大对排球的普及力度和重视程度,提高师资水平,加强对排球场地、器材的管理和利用。

The Present Situation and Prospect Analysis of Volleyball Sports Development in Lixian Middle School

Abstract: Volleyball as one of the three big ball sports has a lot of advantages to the full development of students' strength, speed sensitive, flexibility and other physical fitness, volleyball was able to cultivate students' collectivism spirit and wit, decisive, calm psychological quality. This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research methods. Through analysis of Lixian volleyball movement development present situation and the existing problems in the middle school, bining with the actual situation of the development of corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The paper analysis drawn: Lixian the school volleyball movement development condition is poor, mainly due to a decline in the love of volleyball students, School leaders do not attach importance to the poor quality of teachers, the impact of the family environment. We should increase the popularity of volleyball and the degree of attention, improve the level of teachers, strengthen the management and use of volleyball venues, equipment.
