摘要: 目的:建立 HPLC 法测定不同产地粉萆薢中原薯蓣皂苷和薯蓣皂苷含量。方法:采用 Agilent C18 色谱柱( mm × 150 mm,5 μm),以乙腈- 水为流动相,梯度洗脱, mL·min-1,检测波长为 208 nm,柱温30 ℃,进样体积 20 μL。结果: ~ μg(r = 0. 9996)范围内线性关系良好, %(RSD = %); ~ μg(r = )范围内线性关系良好, %(RSD = %)。 ~ %之间, 薯蓣皂苷的含量在 ~ %之间。结论:该方法操作简便,定量准确,重现性好,可为粉萆薢药材质量控制提供方法。
