医院体检中心护理安全隐患分析及应对措施

【摘要】目的分析健康体检过程中存在的不安全现象及风险因素,探讨其应对措施及防范对策。
方法收集2008年8月至2012年6月我院体检中心出现的突发事件及潜在纠纷风险者88例,归纳总结当时分别
采取的干预措施。结果 88 例中晕针 21 例,晕血 11 例,低血糖 21 例,高血压急症 16 例,心动过速 9 例,针刺伤 9
例,跌倒 1 例,分别给予相应的干预措施,未发生生命危险及较大的医疗纠纷事件。结论体检护理中对有基础
病、特异体质、老年受检者要给予高度重视及安全干预。体检风险防范中要做到完善规章制度,转变安全管理理
念,增强法律意识、纠纷意识、自我保护意识。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors in the course of physical examination, and to explore the
solutions and countermeasures. Methods Eighty-eight patients of emergencies and potential dispute risks happened
