摘要
本文从社区的银行的定义、特征以及与其他金融机构的比较开始探讨,首先,介绍了美国社区银行的概况,美国作为社区银行的起源地,对社区银行的成因、发展历程、发展现状等进行了详细的介绍;其次对美国社区银行的运营机制进行了介绍,从社区银行的运营原理及治理结构、运营特点等方面进行了全面的分析;再次对中美社区银行的监管体系进行了对比分析,分析了中美银行的优势劣势等内容,并对中国社区银行的发展路径进行了规划与建议,以帮助中国社区银行的发展建设;最后,借鉴对美国社区银行和中国社区银行的对比分析,找出美国社区银行在发展过程中的得失对我国社区银行的启示,并对其中的成功进行借鉴。

Abstract
