胡芦巴甾体总皂苷水提取液的澄清工艺研究

摘要:以薯蓣皂苷元的提取率为指标,应用 L9 (3 )正交试验设计优化了从脱多糖、脱脂胡
芦巴豆粉中提取甾体皂苷的工艺条件,并且筛选了 ZTC澄清剂对胡芦巴甾体皂苷水提取液
的澄清条件。实验结果表明,影响水提取的因素依次为:提取次数、提取温度、固液比以及提

取时间;最佳水提取条件为:固液比 1∶10,在 70 ℃下提取 3次,每次 120 m in。得出胡芦巴种

子水提取液的澄清条件如下: ZTC1 + 1澄清剂的加入次序是先加 B组分再加入 A组分:澄清
剂 B和 A的最佳用量分别为 1. 0 g/L和 0. 5 g/L;加入组分 A 或 B 后在 80 ℃下作用 30 m in
即可达到澄清目的。

Abstract:U sing the remainder of fenugreek seedswith separated endosperm as the raw material, the
op timum extraction conditions of steroidal saponins were investigated by orthogonal design , taking
