慢性胃炎的内镜诊断
慢性胃炎(Chronic Gastritis)
定义:是指由各种病因所引起的胃粘膜慢性炎症。
本病为常见病,根据资料统计,发病率为60%,高年组达80%,根据胃镜检查资料,占活检的55~80%,其中以慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)为主,萎缩性胃炎(CAG)占15~20%。表现为粘膜层以淋巴细胞和浆细胞为主的慢性炎症细胞侵润。
