平安防盗;
保证干净的生产环境。
范围
冲压车间。
职责
。〔班组指定专人管理〕
,保安协助平安员夜间进行监督检查。
车间物流门、平安门、窗户使用规定
,8个平安门。
、东2门。西一门常开、东二门除吃饭时间开启,其他时间处关闭状态。所有员工上下班统一走西一门。
,禁止员工私自开动〔感应〕快速卷帘门。下班后指定负责人把快速卷帘门打到手动状态,其他物流卷帘门视具体情况而定。
、节假日除配合焊装生产需开启东二物流门以外,所有通道大门全部关闭,仅西一平安门开启,加班人员一律走西门进入车间。
,车间所有窗户严禁翻开。

1、东侧、南侧窗户由冲压班负责。
2、西侧窗户由模修班负责。
3、北侧窗户由车间平安员负责。

1、各班组组长进行日常检查,检查结果按班组考评方法考核。
2、车间平安员每天巡回检查,发现异常及时通报各班组整改。
3、对屡次通报仍未改正的,记入班组KPI考评。
