摘要
摘要: 随着全球物联网、新一代移动宽带网络、下一代互联网、云计算等新一轮信息技术迅速发展和深入应用,“智慧城市”渐行渐近。现在发达国家地区在产业转型和社会发展当中,认识到了“智慧城市”的前瞻性、超前性,相继提出了“智慧城市”的战略举措。在数字城市建立的基础框架上,通过物联网将现实世界与数字世界进行有效融合,由云计算中心处理其中海量和复杂的计算,为城市管理和公众服务提供更智能化的服务。总结了智慧城市的特征,归纳了智慧城市在当前城市建设中可开展的应用,并指出智慧城市的建设可以为城市提供更智能化的服务和更安全的技术保障。为智慧城市的建设提供可靠和有效的探索,最后展望了更加安全、高效的智慧城市美好前景。

Abstract
As the global of things, a new generation of mobile work, next generation , puting a new round of rapid development of information technology and in-depth applications, such as "wisdom city" moved in industry transformation and social development in developed countries, recognize the prospective of "wisdom city", advanced, essively put forward the "wisdom city" strategic digital city based on the basis of frame, through the of things in the real world and digital world for effective integration, processing by the puting center of mass plicated calculation, for the urban management and public service to provide more the wisdom of the city characteristics, summarizes the wisdom city in current urban construction can be carried out in the application of the construction of city and points out that wisdom can provide cities with more intelligent service and technical support to the wisdom of the city construction to provide reliable and effective exploration, the wisdom of more safe and efficient city are discussed prospects.

1 智慧城市概念
智慧城市概念的提出
2009 年 IBM 公司首席执行官彭明盛提出“智慧地球”这一概念,建议新政府投资新一代的智慧型基础设施。2009 年 11 月,温家宝总理发表了题为《让科技引领中国可持续发展》的讲话,提出要着力突破传感网和物联网的关键技术,及早部署后 IP( Protocol)时代的相关技术研发,使信息网络产业成为推动产业升级、迈向信息社会的发动机。目前,中国已将物联网技术列入国家中长期科技发展规划。这些理念和规划共同关注的是如何高效地把各类传感器连接起来,形成物联网,并通过超计算机和云计算对物联网获取的信息进行实时分析并控制,实现数字城市与现实世界的有机融合。在此基础上,可以在实时海量信息的辅助下,采取更加精细和高效的
