激情满怀信心倍增
10月20日下午,国培方案〔2023〕——贵州省农村小学英语骨干教师置换脱产研修集中培训在一阵热烈的掌声中接近尾声,即将面临的是一个月的跟岗研修学习。为能将这些时间学到的东西用于实践,且对能有时机向贵阳市的优质学校、优质老师取经而热情高涨,信心倍增。
10月21日下午,到河滨小学报到的学员在带队老师的带着下进入到美丽的河滨小学,拉开了为期一个月的跟岗研修学习序幕。其他跟岗学员也纷纷在各带队教师的带着下,分别于24日和25日两天,热情高涨,信心倍增地到各跟岗基地报到。且都得到了各学校领导的热情接待,并召开与指导老师的见面交流会。会谈中,校长们一致表示,只要对学员有用,有利于此次培训,对学员们以后的教育教学有用,只要他们能提供的,他们都会尽力去满足。同时对一些学员提出的除了听指导老师的课外,能否听听其他年级,其他学科,其他老师的课时,领导们也同样给予大力支持,并积极地与其他老师进行协调,力争能满足学员们的要求。同时指导老师和学员们热情交流,相互了解,这有利于以后跟岗学习工作的开展,为跟岗研修学习奠定了良好的根底。

环西领导、关注国培工作
自从2023年10月24日下午,我们国培研修〔语文数学英语〕三个班的20个学员在贵州师范师院老师的带着下走进了贵阳市环西小学,我们就好似走进了高规格的“教学大餐厅〞。环西小学的领导为了让我们国培班的学员学得更多、更好、更全面,特意为我们准备了很多高质量的展示课。有语文、数学、英语、音乐、美术、体育,这些教研课上得都很精彩,很完美,课后环西小学还请专家为这些课作点评,肯定优点和指出缺乏。这段时间,我们就像金秋时节大丰收一样,学到了很多先进的教学方法和教学理念,开阔了我们的眼界,饱享了高规格的“教学大餐〞。
环西小学的领导不但精心地为我们创设很好的学习条件,而且在生活上也非常关心我们,总对我们嘘寒问暖。十一月十四日,环西小学的曾郁校长专门主持召开了一次会议。会议的主要内容就是让我们老师谈谈在环西学习的感受,还有哪些需要帮助解决的问题等。
我们有些学员提出除了听指导老师的课外,能不能再听听其他年级、其他学科、其他老师的课,曾校长马上用肯定的语气答复:“能,只是得散会后跟其他老师协调一下相关工作。只要你们需要的,对你们以后的工作有利的,我们一定全力支持和帮助到底。〞这让我们深受感动,多好的一位校长。

另外,曾校长还给我们增设了之前环西的优质课、公开课录像资料,让我们拥有更多的学校教学资源。还有,曾校长还为我们准备了“经典诵读〞比赛,“英语话剧表演〞,让我们参与到活动中去,跟学生交流,跟老师沟通,在活动中学习他们的长处,还让我们参与评委活动,这很大程度上提高了我们的课外活动能力,也丰富了本次培训内容,让我们更透彻的领悟贵校的优越卓著风采。
跟岗的这期间,在环西领导的精心安排和关心下,我们无论是教育思想和教育方法、时代精神等方面都得到了提高,使我们更加意识到今天教育教学面临的考验和问题之所在,这对于我们今后的教育教学具有莫大的帮助。
环西小学还有很多值得我们学习的地方,余下的时间,我会更加投入到每天的学习,力争参与到环西的各个领域,坚持到底,为我所学,备我所用。〔跟岗学员:周亮付/供稿〕

第一期简报
国培东山群策群力共谱教育曲
国培东山,可不是东山再起,而是指国培方案〔2023〕——贵州省农村小学骨干教师置换脱产研修跟岗研修基地——贵阳市东山小学。该校位于东新路和宝山北路交界处,始建于1953年,至今已有58年的历史。
“为了一切的学生,为了学生的一切。〞东山小学确立了社会、学校、家庭三位一体的和谐可持续开展思路,坚持“依法治校,以德治校,科研兴校,科研促校〞的办学方针,秉承“发奋向上,团结协作,吃苦耐劳,豁达宽容,诚信待人〞的团队精神;从而形成了“勤奋创新,文明健美,尊师守纪,助人为乐〞的校风以及“主动参与,积极思考,勇于探索,持之以恒〞的学风。

任罗艳华老师和数学与计算机学院宋婷禹副院长的带着下,来到东山小学与该校的领导及指导教师见面,得到了东山小学曹光军校长等领导的热情接待,曹校长在谈话中向罗老师和宋院长承诺,会尽力支持这次国培,尽力满足跟岗老师的要求,以望我们跟岗教师每天都有所思,有所悟,有所得。为此,曹校长与教导处,语文组,数学组,英语组,体育组的负责人分别协调,让他们尽快落实相关工作,将他们的优质资源,优质条件提供应我们,向我们开放电脑室,图书室……还花精力去组织了一场别开生面的秋季运动会,让我们目睹了“激情飞扬,整齐划一〞的运动会全过程,从中我们学到了很多东西,特别是要求教研组制定出相关的公开,挂牌等优质课的上课日程,让我们按部就班地学习,从而为我们提供了一个良好的跟岗学习环境。
另外,东山小学还奉行一个原那么,那就是“心有多大,舞台就有多大〞。如今,东山小学正以这样的心境从实际出发,坚持走可持续开展之路,加强团队工作协调,以制度标准化,以评价促开展,精诚团结,创新争先的风貌立足此次国培,群策群力地将他们的先进教育理念,教学方法……尽力展现给我们跟岗老师,以期共同进步,共同谱写祖国教育事业的新篇章。〔跟岗学员:李光武/供稿莫俊波/供图〕

,在校领导和全体老师精心安排指导下甲秀小学长期坚持开展大课间活动。近日,甲秀小学开展了一次丰富多彩的大课间活动展示,高年级以跳长绳为主,低年级以跳短绳为主,全员参与。此次活动丰富了孩子们的课间活动,孩子们的身心得到了锻炼,收到良好的效果,得到了广阔师生和家长的好评。
