[摘要] 目的了解绵阳市2007-2011年狂犬病流行状况,为狂犬病的防治提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对绵阳市2007-2011年报告的狂犬病进行分析。结果 2007-2011年绵阳市共报告33例狂犬病,全市9个县市区除北川、平武外,其余7个区县均有狂犬病报告,发病数居前三位的分别为三台县、安县和游仙区。±,:1。33例病人均为Ⅲ级暴露,%的病人被伤及四肢。%的肇事动物为狗。33例病人中,有10例未对伤口进行任何处理,仅有4例接种了人用狂犬病疫苗,无1例接种抗血清。结论应加强犬只管理,加强对群众的狂犬病防治知识的宣传教育和医务人员培训,规范犬伤处置。

rabies in Mianyang from 2007 to 2011 was analyzed by the epidemiological method. Results 33 hydrophobia cases were reported in Mian Yang from 2007 to 2011. There were 7 counties reported rabies except Beichuan and Pingwu .The top three counties which incidence was high were Santai,Anxian and Youxian respectivly. The cases were ± years old.
