摘要
在整个中医理论发展史中,张景岳的医学思想体系居有重要地位,代表着中
医理论的新的发展阶段。他的以温补为主的思想体系在理论和实践上都对中医基
础理论的进步和完善起到了巨大的推动作用。他进一步完善了气一元论,补充并
发展了阳不足论,并形成了独具特色的水火命门说,对后世养生思想的发展也产
生了积极的影响。张景岳医学思想体系的发展与宋明理学思想有着密不可分的关
系,理学思想是中国思想文化形态中最具哲学性的思想体系,集儒释道三家于一
身的理学构建了新的以“太极”为核心、理气相随的哲学形态,吸收了当时高度
发达的自然科学成果,被誉为中国本土的有机自然主义萌芽。张景岳的医学思想
深深植根于理学思想之上,运用理学家的观念对《黄帝内经》作了全新的诠释,
著有《类经》等书,并成为后世医家学习和研究《内经》的范本,故研究其思想
发展的哲学基础有利于对整个医学基础理论的发展状况进行宏观把握。
本文从医学思想的转型与理学思想的形成之间的关系这一角度出发,以张景
岳医学思想体系中最具代表性的温补思想为切入点,通过对周敦颐、张载、二程、
邵雍、朱熹等理学大家的哲学思想对张氏思想体系形成的影响进行分析,从而全
面系统的总结出张氏医学思想的哲学基础。

Abstract
In the developmental history of Chinese medicine, Zhang Jingyue’s ideology of
Chinese Medicine has the equal status as <<Emperor′s Canon of Medicine>>. This
ideology based on tonic mildness not only theoretically but also pragmatically plays a
great role to the progress and perfection of the basic theory in Chinese medicine. It
further improves the viewpoint that Qi is the basal mater in the world, develops the
theory about the absence of yang energy, forms a distinctive life-gate theory on water
and fire, and exerts positive effects on the later development of regimen. Zhang
Jingyue’s ideology of Chinese Medicine is interrelated with the Neo-Confucianism.
The Neo-Confucianism is the most philosophic ideology in China, bines the
thoughts from the Confucian School, Taoist School and Buddhism, constructs a new
philosophy with taji as the core and spirits paralleling with Li and Qi, and absorbs the
high-developed scientific achievement at that time, honored as the sprout anic
naturalism in China. Zhang Jingyue’s ideology of Chinese Medicine, deeply rooted in
the Neo-Confucianism, makes a new annotation of <<Emperor′s Canon of Medicine>>
