激光雕刻机结构设计及运动仿真
摘要
激光雕刻加工是以数控技术为基础,以激光为加工媒介,加工材料在激光照
射下瞬间的熔化和气化的物理变性,来达到加工的目的。激光加工与材料表面没
有接触,不受机械运动影响,表面不会变形,一般无需固定。具有加工精度高,
速度快,应用领域广范等特点。
本文设计了一种基于 XY 工作台的激光雕刻机的机械结构, X-Y 工作台是
许多机电一体化设备的基本部件,模块化的 X-Y 数控工作台,通常由导轨座、
移动滑块、工作台、滚珠丝杠螺母副,以及伺服电动机等部件构成。本文用
solidworks 软件完成激光雕刻机结构的三维建模,并且用 ADAMS 仿真软件进行
运动仿真。
近年来随着计算机图像处理、计算机图形学等在激光加工领域的交叉渗透,
而且由于其具有加工对象广、变形小、精度高、雕刻速度快、操作方便、节省能
源、公害小、远距离加工、自动化加工等显著优点,对提高产品质量和劳动生产
率、实现加工过程自动化、消除污染、减少材料消耗等的作用愈来愈重要。因而,
本文有非常重要的研究意义。

Abstract
Laser engraving process C technology as basic, and use laser as
processing media, Processing materials under the laser instantaneously melting
and gasification of physical degeneration, to achieve the purpose of
processing. Laser process has no touch with the surface of materials, not affected by
mechanical motion influence, the surface will not deformation, doesn’t need to be
fixed. It has the characteristics of processing accuracy, high speed, can be used in
extensive domain.
This article designed a laser engraving machine based on the XY table’s structure,
XY table is a lot of the basic parts of electromechanical integration equipment,
C XY table, usually by rail seat, move the slider, table, Ball screw pair,
and the servo motor and position. In this paper, I used
solidworks software plete the three-dimensional modeling of laser engraving
machine’s structure , and used ADAMS simulation software with Motion
Simulation.
In recent years, along with puter image processing, computer graphics in
the cross-ration of laser processing fields, and because of its processing object
wide, little deformation, high precision, fast carving, convenient operation, saving
energy, pollution small, distant distance processing, automation and other significant
advantages, its getting more and more important role to improve product quality and
productivity, machining process automation, eliminate pollution and reduce the
