简介:朱墩村位于桥寺乡政府西部,,平均海拔1945米,℃,无霜期151天左右,日照时数2600小时,年降水量449毫米。近年来,该村逐步走上了以日光温室和开展旅游业的开发路子,但该村自然灾害较为频繁,群众科技文化素质普遍较低,生产生活相对落后,严重制约着全村经济的快速开展。
申报理由〔资源优势、区位条件、开展现状、管理情况等〕:
朱墩村因明长城朱墩烽火台遗址、杨家河自然村的杨家河遗址等位于该村而得名。
朱墩烽火台,是古代军事设施,建于明天顺二年〔公元1458年〕,临夏县县级文物保护单位。?河州志?记载为“小黑水山墩〞。是临夏作为古代军事重镇的一个重要历史见证,具有十分重要历史文化价值。长期以来,在政府组织和民间自发保护之下,朱家墩烽火台遗址得到了有效的保护。该烽火台为夯土结构,,其保存之完整,为临夏地区所罕见。朱家墩烽火台背靠连绵高山,面朝著名的“万顷塬〞,站在烽火台下,水丰粮茂的北塬风光尽收眼底。历史价值较高,自然风光独特,是一处不可多得的旅游盛景。
而位于该村杨家河遗址的龙泉寺,历代久远,它始建于南北朝萧梁时代,至今有一千五百多年的历史,被列为省级文化保护单位。历史上曾五次被毁,后又随着宗教信仰自由政策的落实,1985年重建,现场所占地3亩,建筑面积150平方米,砖木结构。属藏传佛教,供奉南海观音菩萨和三小娘娘。1998年该场所被县民族宗教局依法审批登记,大型宗教活动在每年农历9月9日、10日举行1次,多年来,杨家河龙泉寺一贯按照爱国爱教、自主自办、遵纪守法、信仰纯粹、民主管理、效劳社会、和谐共处、稳定有序的总要求,依照法制固和谐、适应求和谐、民主促和谐、管理谋和谐、文化育和谐、稳定保和谐的总思路,积极开展了一系列活动。

上世纪六十年代,我县文物部门曾组织专家队伍,在朱墩村杨家河及烽火台一带开展了考古挖掘,出土过数十件精美的陶器。经考证,该遗址属于马家窑文化范畴,在我县考古历史上,留下了出彩的一笔。
朱墩村依山傍塬,自然风光独特,历史悠久、文化积淀深厚。该村交通便利,靠近临夏市区,根底效劳设施完备,同时周边有刘家峡水库、五女山林场、炳灵寺等旅游胜地,旅游资源丰富。大力开发朱墩村旅游潜力,开展旅游经济,将对促进该村及桥寺乡经济开展、文化繁荣、社会进步发挥重要的作用。
