C型电阻点焊钳系统滑臂工艺工装设计

摘要
这次设计的主题是C型点焊钳滑臂的工艺工装设计,其中本文重点介绍的是设计铣左侧进出水口的夹具的一套完整的方案。大致步骤:熟悉电阻电焊钳的功能和用途,并通过参观实物的装配加强对其应用的了解;根据滑臂零件图确定毛坯的尺寸;工艺基准的选定;机床设备及工艺装备的选用;加工余量;工序尺寸和公差的确定;切削用量;时间定额的计算;专用夹具设计方案的确定等方面进行了阐述,最终得到一套较为完整的工艺流程。

Abstract
The theme of this design is the sliding clamp C-arm spot welding process equipment design, which this article is focused on the design of milling out the left side of the fixture outlet of plete set of programs. General steps: familiar with the functions of resistance welding and the use of forceps, and the assembly through visits to enhance the physical understanding of their application; in accordance with sliding arm parts diagram to determine the size of blank; process of the selected benchmark; machine tool equipment and
the choice of technique and equipment; processing margin; process of determining the size and tolerance; cutting; the calculation of the time fixed; dedicated fixture design program to identify areas such as described, and ultimately be a plete design.
