房地产项目投资风险分析研究
——以银川市中房“玺云台”为例
摘要:房地产业是我国国民经济的重要产业,随着我国经济的飞速发展,房地产开发投资日趋活跃,在投资过程中,众多的风险因素,决定了投资效益的不确定性。在现阶段房地产市场进入寒冬期的时候进行“玺云台”项目的投资具有较大风险, 文中结合“玺云台”房地产开发项目的实际情况,通过对房地产投资风险分析基本方法的介绍,阐述了“玺云台”房地产项目风险评价体系的建立与评价过程,以及在进行投资决策时如何有效控制和规避投资风险。

Abstract: The real estate industry is an important industry for China's national economy,as China's rapid economic development,investment in real estate development has e increasingly active. In terms of investment,a large number of risk factors to determine the return on investment of uncertainty. In the present real estate market in the winter period when" Xi Yun tai " project investment with great risk, bination of the " Xi Yun tai " real estate development project actual situation, through to the real estate investment risk analysis method is introduced, elaborated " Xi Yun tai " real estate project risk evaluation system and the establishment of the evaluation process, as well as in investment decision of how to control and avoid the investment risk.
