摘要:本文根据南水北调总干渠工程建设征地的特点,以黄河北至羑河北段中鹤壁市工程建设征地为例,分析了征地前后各地
的种植业收入损失,对出村调地生产安置和本村生产安置两种方案做了具体分析论证,得出了两种方案都能达到生产安置的目标值,
但本村安置方案避免被征地农民远离家园与重新安置,因而便于实施,同时又节省投资,所以该方案是较优方案的结论。文中的分析
思路、方法和结论可为其他水利工程所借鉴,以利于在以后的工程建设中,征地移民生产安置工作顺利实施。
Abstract: Based on the characteristics of land acquisition in the main canal construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion
Project, this paper takes the land acquisition of the Hebi City in the northern part of the Yellow River to the northern part of the Youhe
River as an example, analyzes the e loss of the planting industr^^ before and after the land acquisition, and makes a specific analysis
and demonstration of two schemes: the land acquisition and production resettlement scheme out of the village and the production
resettlement scheme in the village. The results show that both the two schemes can achieve the target value of production resettlement.
However, the resettlement scheme in the village avoids the land -expropriated farmers away from their homes and relocation and it is
