1 目的 Objective
横向协调项目组在进行产品质量先期策划时,需制订设施、过程和设备计划,并制订评价现有操作及过程效果的方法,以确保本公司装配能力满足过程策划和顾客合同要求。
When making advanced product quality planning, horizontal coordination project team shall formulate facility, procedure and equipment planning, while setting up methods for evaluating present operation and procedures, so as to ensure that AICQ assembly capability could meet requirements of process planning and customer contracts.
2 适用范围 Applicable Scope
适用于本公司所有产品制造装配能力的评价及控制。
This is applicable to assessment, control of all product manufacture and assembly capability in AICQ.
3 职责 Responsibility
横向协调项目经理组织横向协调项目组确定本公司制造能力,并制定能满足制造能力要求的设施、设备和过程计划。
Horizontal coordination project team manager coordinates project team to determine AICQ’s manufacture capabilities, formulate facility, equipment and process plans that can fulfill manufacture capability requirements.
制造工程部主要负责定期对设施、设备的现有操作及过程效果进行评价,确保本公司的设施及工装管理具有足够的制造能力。
Manufacture Engineering Department is primarily responsible for periodical assessment of operation, process effects of facility and equipment, ensuring that AICQ’s facility and tool management is sufficient to meet manufacture capability.
