【摘要】目的探讨超声弹性成像(UE)比值法对乳腺实性肿块良恶性鉴别的诊断价值。方法应用常规超声和UE比值法对55例患者共62个乳腺肿块分别进行检查,用病理诊断为标准。%(13/20),%(30/42),%(43/62);%(17/20),%(38/42),%(55/62)。UE比值法的诊断符合率显著高于常规超声诊断(P<)。结论 UE比值法对乳腺实性肿块的良恶性鉴别有重要的临床价值。
