毫米波联合湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤溃疡疗效观察2

[摘要] 目的观察毫米波治疗仪联合湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法治疗组 46 例先用毫米波治疗
仪治疗,随后将湿润烧伤膏外用于溃疡面。对照组 40 例采用 CQ BS7 特定电磁波谱治疗仪( TDP) 治疗。结果治疗组治
疗有效率为 93. 48 % ,对照组为 72. 50 % ,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2 = 6. 91 , P < 0. 01) 。结论毫米波联合湿润烧伤膏对
皮肤溃疡具有良好的治疗效果。

Abstract : Objective To investigate the efficacy of Millimeter waves in treating skin ulcer in conjunction with MEBO.
Methods 46 cases of skin ulcer were treated with Millimeter waves and the MEBO was applied. The efficacy of Millimeter waves
in conjunction with MEBO pared with that of TDP. Results The overall effective rate of Millimeter waves group was
93. 48 % ,and that of TDP group was 72. 50 %. There were obvious defferences between the two groups. Conclusion Millimeter
waves in conjunction with MEBO is an effective method of treating skin ulcer.
