(国家广播电影电视总局、商务部于二零零四年十月二十八日发布,自二零零四年十一月二十八日起施行。) Order of SARFT and 广电总局、商务部令第44号 PART ONE: GENERAL PROVISIONS 第一章总则 Article 1: These Provisions have been formulated pursuant to such provisions as the PRC Sino-foreign Equity Joint Venture Law, the PRC Sino-foreign Cooperative Joint Venture Law and the Administration of Radio and Television Regulations, etc., in order to promote the development of China's radio and television programme production industry and regulate the administration of Sino-foreign equity and cooperative joint ventures that produce and distribute radio and television programmes. 第一条为促进中国广播电视节目制作产业发展,规范对中外合资、合作广播电视节目制作经营企业的管理,根据《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》、《中华人民共和国中外合作经营企业法》和《广播电视管理条例》等规定,制定本规定。 Article 2: These Provisions shall govern the establishment and operation of Sino-foreign equity and cooperative joint ventures that produce and distribute radio and television programmes in the People's Republic of China.
