不同剥种时间对辣椒种子发芽率的影响
摘要:在24 ℃恒温条件下,采用培养皿纸床法,对采种后及时剥种、7 d后剥种和30 d后剥种的辣椒种子进行发芽试验。结果表明,不同剥种时间辣椒种子的始发芽时间、发芽率相当,但发芽高峰期、发芽持续时间、发芽势和发芽指数采果当日剥种与采果后7 d和30 d剥种差异明显。辣椒种子不宜在采果当日剥种,应该风干存放一定时间后再剥种,有利于提高种子的出苗整齐度和集中度。

Abstract: The pepper germination on different peeling seeds time of after picking pepper , 7 days and 30 days was tested in utensil for cultivation of pepper under 24
℃.The results showed that originating time of different peeling seeds time was the same as germination rate quite. But the germination peak, germination continued time, germination potential and germination index were different with peeling seeds at the first day of picking pepper fruits ,after 7 days and 30 days picking pepper fruits . The peeling seeds time was better after drying picked pepper fruits for some time and improves seed germination uniformity and concentration.
