摘要2
本设计题目为茶杯盖注塑模具设计,体现了杯盖类零件的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计要求。通过对该零件的设计,近一步加强了设计者对注塑模设计基础知识的巩固和认识,为设计更复杂的注塑零件作好了铺垫,也更好的从中吸取了更好的经验。
本设计运用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求,为选取浇口的类型做好了准备;然后估算了塑件的体积,便于选取注塑机及确定型腔数量;最后分析了塑件的体征,确定模具的设
计参数,设计要点及推出装置的选取。
本塑件的结构比较简单,不涉及侧抽芯的问题,且分型面的合理选取也不复杂。其次,该制件的属于薄壁容器,其表面不允许有推出的痕迹,因此我选取了推板推出机构,在分形处从壳体塑件周围推出,推出力大且均匀。本副模具在设计过程中,并没有也不需要回程杆来复位,推板应有模具的导柱导向机构导向定位,以防止推板孔与型芯的过度磨损和偏移。为了防止推杆与推板分离,推板滑出导柱,推杆与推板用螺纹连接,能起到很好的作用。
