摘要
随着企业的不断发展,信息化程度的不断提高,业务流程的不断细化,出现了跨
企业、跨行业的业务合作,原有传统企业资源计划 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)
系统在对最新业务管理的过程中逐渐体现出其不适应性。原有 ERP 专注于单个企业
内部资源的管理模式已不能适应电子商务环境下的企业发展。协同商务作为电子商
务的最新发展形式出现,它促使了基于 Web 服务的新一代企业资源计划 NERP(New
Enterprise Resource Planning)应运而生。
与传统 ERP 相比,NERP 强调“协同商务和应用集成”,它不仅实现了系统在企
业内部的紧密集成,同时又通过互联网与客户、供应商、合作伙伴进行协同商务运
作,实现了与不同企业的系统集成和信息共享。
同时,大多数原有 ERP 系统都是针对通用业务流程而开发的,其通用功能较齐
全,涉及面广。而对那些有特殊需求的企业,通用 ERP 管理软件系统并不能完全适
用,即使要用也需做大量的二次开发工作,所以有时必须根据企业的实际业务流程,
对企业的管理软件系统进行量身定做。
为了解决以上问题,将 Web 服务应用到 NERP 系统中来实现在协同商务环境下
企业的内外集成。通过构建基于 Web 服务的 NERP 系统集成模型,改变传统的企业
集成模式,实现 NERP 系统在企业应用中的动态集成。物流管理系统是 ERP 系统的
核心组成部分。在实施一个 ERP 项目中,设计开发了一个以化工企业为示范的 ERP
物流信息管理系统。在企业的/ 网络环境下,采用基于 Web 服务的描
述、封装、注册、发布等关键技术手段,解决了特殊企业原有系统和新增业务组件
需要集成的难题,使 NERP 系统不仅实现了在企业内部环境中的应用集成,也实现
了企业与客户、供应商和合作伙伴之间的互联和协同。通过对企业 NERP 物流管理
系统的技术研究、系统分析和实际设计,体现出 NERP 系统在电子商务新的发展形
势下,能够方便实现“协同商务和应用集成”的优越性。

Abstract
However along with the enterprise’s rapid development, information level greatly
enhanced and the business operation e more and more detailed, new business
cooperation which cross enterprise or cross e about, gradually the traditional
ERP system can’t meet the demand of the new business management. Now it is unable for
original ERP management modes to survive in the context of merce. Collaboration
business, the latest form of merce, has helped to bring about the birth of NERP.
Compared with traditional ERP, NERP system emphasizes ‘collaboration business
and application integration’. It needs to realize pact system integration in the
enterprise, as well as collaboration business via the with customers, suppliers and
partners so as to realize system integration and information sharing among different
enterprises.
