摘要
为了了解洛阳市区面制食品中铝的污染情况,指导面制食品生产单位合理使用化学膨化剂。洛阳市疾病控制中心组织人员对洛阳市区内部分食品加工企业、超市、酒楼、早餐摊点进行采样,并按GB/T -2003 《食品卫生检验方法》理化部分(二)铬天青-S比色法处理送检样品,检测分析样品中的铝含量。卫生评价则按GB 2762-2005《食品中污染物限量标准》规定的铝含量≤ mg/kg判为合格进行。
本次实验共检测3类共126份食品样品。合格37份,%。其中油炸食品46份,%,海蜇头全部不合格,%;不同种类食品中铝含量的差异有统计学意义(P<)。通过本次调查可以看出:洛阳市区食品中铝含量超标比较严重,应引起有关部门的重视。
