DCPTA浸种对四季豆苗期生长的影响
摘要:用不同浓度的2-(3,4-二氯苯氧基)-乙基-二乙胺(DCPTA)对四季豆浸种,研究DCPTA对四季豆苗期生长的影响。结果表明,DCPTA促进了四季豆幼苗的植株生长,株高和根长都比对照明显提高, mL/L时均达到最大值,%,%。同时,DCPTA浸种提高了四季豆幼苗的叶绿素含量和根系活力,降低了四季豆幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量, mL/L时,%,%,%。DCPTA浸种处理能够促进四季豆幼苗的生长, mL/L时最合适。

Effects of DCPTA on the Seedling
Growth of Kidney Bean

Abstract: The effects of DCPTA on the seedling growth of kidney bean were studied by soaking the seeds in different concentration solutions of DCPTA. Significant effects were observed when the concentration of DCPTA was mL/L. Compared with the control, the content of chlorophyll in seedling leaves of kidney bean increased by %; the plant height, root
length and root vitality increased by %, % and % respectively, while the content of MDA decreased by the rate of %. In conclusion, it would promote the seedling growth if soaking the kidney bean seeds with DCPTA, and the most suitable concentration was mL/L.
