本图书馆建筑主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框结构。要求共四层,总建筑面积为4000m2。遵循“安全,适用,经济,美观”的原则,结构布置合理,房间利用率比较高,适用性很强,同时又不失美观。主要功能有:阅览室,语音室,书库,采编、编目以及办公用房等。每个房间的门窗也都按照规范设计,符合规定要求,设计得合理,柱网布置需使结构受力合理,且应方便施工。
