摘要:应用陕西省榆林市12县区气象站及所属162个区域自动气象站1951~2012年暴雨资料进行归纳统计,按照百分位法划分暴雨等级,结合全市年降水量分布特征及地形、经济、人口等资料确定暴雨灾害区划因子;应用arcgis技术对各项区划因子进行小网格模拟计算,并赋予于不同地权重,通过综合运算得到榆林市暴雨灾害分布图,应用gis地自然断点法及经验订正法,将全市暴雨灾害划分为高风险、次高风险、中风险、:榆林市北部府谷、神木县和南部子洲、吴堡县暴雨多发,灾害风险等级最高;西部定边、靖边暴雨最少,灾害风险等级最低.

Yulin Storm Disaster Risk Zoning Based on ArcGIS
Abstract:Summarizes the Storm Data from 1951 to 2012 of 12 counties’ Weather station and their 162 regional automatic weather stations in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, divided the rainstorm level according to the percentile method, combined with the city's annual precipitation distribution characteristics and topography, economy, population information determine the the storm disasters zoning factor, Small grid simulation the zoning factor by ArcGIS, and give different weights, get the distribution of rainstorm disaster in Yulin city prehensive operation.   Division of the rainstorm disaster into 5 grade by natural breakpoint method and empirical correction method. The divisions results show that: Fugu and Shenmu County in north, Zizhou and Wubao in south of Yulin have rainstorm multiple, which means a highest level of disaster risk; Dingbian and Jingbian in west of Yulin have less frequent rainstorm, disaster risk in a lo
