摘要
中国的夏热冬冷地区气候变化极端,建筑生态策略无法简单采用其他区域解决方法。本案旨在探讨通过建筑表皮与腔体空间生态策略来达到以高效低耗的方式改善夏热冬冷地区室内微气候环境的可行性研究。期望能在理论研究的基础上,提出行之有效的建筑多层表皮与建筑腔体协同设计的绿色策略并将其付诸实践。力图通过一个设计构筑起一种系统化的设计方法,以及具有针对性的设计模式和设计方法,将建筑内外层的环境资源利用与建筑设计有机地联系起来。使得建筑最大限度的接近自然,探索建筑空间节能设计新的模式,以达到改善办公建筑环境、节约能耗的目的。

Abstract
China's summer and cold winter extreme climate change, building ecological policy can not simply adopt other regional solutions. To investigate the case with the cavity through the building skin space strategy to achieve ecological way to improve efficiency and low consumption in hot summer and cold winter area indoor micro-climate of the feasibility study. Expect that the theoretical study based on the proposed multi-storey building effective cavity epidermis collaborative design and construction of the green policy and put it into practice. Sought in a design and construct a systematic design methodology, as well as targeted design patterns and design methods, the inner and outer layers of the architecture and architectural design environmental resource anically linked. Makes maximum building close to nature and explore architectural space saving design new models. Deep into the specific exchange of indoor and outdoor space, in order to achieve improved office building environment, save energy consumption.
