摘要
本毕业设计是关于CTP转子动平衡的研究,主要的研究内容是机械转子系统的理论分析,滚筒的监测与诊断,现场动平衡分析系统的建立,现场动平衡分析研究,以及对于不平衡转子的诊断和调节.
实验分为模拟实验和现场实验,采用ZXF-F16D振动数据采集与分析系统,分别收集和分析实验数据,初步得出了CTP滚筒动平衡的结论.
通过实验和数据分析综合,得到的主要实验结论:
1、,来自两个方向轴承约束力明显不同,轴承支承刚度不均是造成振动波形不对称的主要原因.
2、转频幅值谱图很复杂,转频分量不明显, 2 ,其他高阶分量,可以忽略,2 倍频幅值占主要成份.
3、采用影响系数法可以快速有效地实现转子平衡校正,更适于CTP旋转件的现场动平衡.
4、采用非接触电涡流传感器测轴振,可减少轴承故障振动的干扰,并快速、 个模块,即故障监测诊断、,同时提高诊断与现场动平衡效率.
5、转子的不平衡是产生转子1 倍频振动的主要原因,转子的动平衡又是解决转子不平衡的主要手段;但是在进行转子动平衡之前一定要认真分析转子振动特征,确保转子动平衡可靠实施.

Abstract
The graduation project is the research on the CTP rotor balancing, the main research content is mechanical rotor system, theoretical analysis, monitoring and diagnosis of roller, field balancing Analysis System, field balancing analysis, and for the unbalanced rotor diagnosis and adjustment.
Experiment was divided into simulation and field experiment, using ZXF-F16D vibration data acquisition and analysis system, experimental data collection and analysis were initially obtained CTP drum balancing conclusions.
The experiment and data analysis prehensive, the main experimental results obtained:
1、Waveform contains a large number of low and high frequency of the periodic signal. Rotor system during operation, the direction of bearings from two distinctly different binding, Bearing Stiffness inequality is the main cause vibration waveform asymmetry.
2、Transfer frequency amplitude spectra plex, change-ponent is not obvious, 2 octave ponent magnitude larger than the amplitude change. Meanwhile, other high-ponents can be ignored, two ponents of total harmonic amplitude.
3、Using the influence coefficient method can quickly and efficiently the rotor balance correction, more suitable for CTP Field Balancing of rotating parts.
