重钢 210t 转炉“留渣+双渣”工艺实践·1· 重钢 210t 转炉“留渣+双渣”工艺实践 尹川蒲胜亮刘德宏刘向东 (重庆钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂,重庆 400084) 摘要文章叙述了重钢 210t 转炉“留渣+双渣”操作工艺在生产过程中通过控制留渣量、双渣倒炉时温度实现了 脱磷期低碱度高效脱磷、通过控制脱磷期碱度、双渣倒炉温度降低了脱磷期炉渣带铁量、通过控制双渣后二次开吹 氧气流量及氧枪枪位解决了双渣二次吹炼干法除尘易泄爆的问题。在重钢 210t 转炉“留渣+双渣”工艺与单渣法对 比后得出了“留渣+双渣”工艺利用转炉冶炼前期熔池温度低等有利条件能够实现少渣量低碱度高效脱磷,从而达 到降低降低钢铁料消耗及辅料消耗的目的,但是对转炉煤气回收量有一定的负面影响。 关键词留渣+双渣,脱磷渣,辅料,钢铁料 Practice on “Slag Residual and Reduced” Operation on 210ton Furnace in Chongqing Steel Yin Chuan, Pu Shengliang, Liu Dehong, Liu Xiangdong (Chongqing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Steelmaking Plant, Chongqing 400084, China) Abstract This paper describes the problems of Chongqing Iron & Steel 210t converter “Residual and Reduced” Operation process in the production process such as through control the left amount of slag and double deslagging furnace temperature that realizes dephosphorizing period low alkalinity, through control of dephosphorization alkalinity and double slag pour furnace temperature that reduces the dephosphorization slag with iron content, through control double slag after the second open blowing oxygen flow and oxygen lance position solves the problem that dust is easy to leak and explosion.
