剑杆织机引纬机构及其三维仿
摘要
剑杆织机是一种利用新式剑带进行引纬的无梭织机。它采用剑杆引纬,主要机构由开口机构,打纬机构,引纬机构, 送经机构和卷绕机构等五大机构组成。而在这五大机构中,引纬机构是及其重要的一环,是值得不断改进研究的。
本次课题我们主要是对织机引纬机构中的传剑机构进行测绘设计。同时,对不同剑杆织机引纬机构的工作原理进行系统的论述。课题所应用的原始数据来源于一台五大机构联动的剑杆织机,其引纬机构由同一台电动机传动共轭凸轮式打纬机构,经四连杆机构和平面双摇杆机构传动扇形齿轮做往复摆动,再经定轴轮系以及换向机构的运动转换,传剑轮的放大,从而得到剑带的高速往复直线运动完成引纬动作。
在传剑机构的设计中,换向机构是很重要的,我们将对换向机构中圆锥直齿轮的设计计算进行详细的说明。
同时,在设计机构的过程中,我们运用PRO/ENGINEER2000i对机构进行三维实体设计,以验证机构测绘设计的完整性。

ABSTRACT
The rapier loom is one kind of shuttle-less loom, and it adopts gripper-band to stretch the woof. And the main mechanisms consist of five parts: the shedding mechanism, the woof berating mechanism, the filling mechanism, the let-off mechanism and the coiling mechanism. In these five mechanisms, the filling mechanism is much significant, and is also deserved continuously improving and researching.
In this thesis we chiefly discuss the mapping and design of the stretch rapier of the filling mechanism. And the thesis expounds systematically the principle of the different filling mechanism of the rapier loom. The initial data of the es from a rapier looms, and the five mechanisms move synchronously and were driven by the same alternative current motor. The motor drives the conjugate cam beating-up that drives a four bar linkage mechanism and a crank rocker mechanism that drive a sector gear as the oscillating transverse motion. The gear’s motion is transferred by a reverse mechanism and is enlarged by the conveyor rapier wheel. At last, the rapier-band starts to move speedily as reciprocating straight motion.
The conveyor mechanism of the design of the stretching rapier mechanism is most important, and we give the detailed explanation about the design and calculate of the bevel gear of the reverse mechanism.
What’s more, we design the three-dimensional entity of the mechanism with the PRO/ENGINEER2000i in order to validate the integrality of the design.
